You know, many eons again (before Blue to green) we had a program for AF people to go into the Army as warrant officers. And you did have to have X amount of years in certain AFSCs to qualify. You might want to contact the AFPC contact line to see if its still active.I am currently in the Air Force and want to cross over to the Marines as a Warrant Officer, any advice?
I don't know exactly how it works in the Marines, but in the Navy, you have to be at least E-7 to be a warrant officer. I'm sure you just don't know what you're talking about, since the AF doesn't have warrant officers, but you're better off trying to get commissioned if you've got a degree. Otherwise, apply for OCS. How long have you been in the AF?
It cannot be done.

You have to have experience in specific Marine Mos's to become a warrant.

Usually 3 to 8 years, depending on the warrant mos.

You would have to finish your AF enlistment, enlist in the marines

Then after gaining the necessay experience, then apply for a warrant.
when your enlistment is up join the marines as prior service and if qualified can be warrant officer
The corps has VERY few warrant officers. Better do some research first.
