I don't think they feel she is genuine with her support. It's a political ploy, probably at the insistence of Howard Dean. Since Hillary probably wants to try again in 2012, she'll do whatever her party wants, including endorsing a guy she despises.





So to answer your question, I doubt if her plea is going to sway anyone who had already decided to go with McCain.





Plus in reality, McCain is very Centrist, like Bill Clinton before him. He's hardly conservative or a far right Republican. Intelligent people obviously see that, so it's not a stretch for Dems who don't go along with the party's current Socialist leanings to opt for McCain. Plus he has experience and he's not a racist.

well I was a hillary supporter and campaigner for her and I am voting for the democratic party to support Obama. I think obama might ask her to be vice president only because he knows her well and why would she be out there campaigning on his behalf sounds VP like. I don't see any other person doing that and I think obama needs to grant her the VP spot it could happen at the convention.
