A friend of mine is in the process of getting a divorce so far he has lost everything the house all his savings and now she has gone to the childrens aid society and told them she thinks her ex is going to kill her and/or the kids now he cant see his kids and there is a restraining order as well, all this because SHE had an affair not him.He has tried every avenue he can think of if anyone has any advice I would appreciate it .

This is all too bad --- because the only people who win in things this messy are the attorneys who bleed both of them, and string everything out, and the buckos go up and up and up. too bad your friends are so silly.... and uncivilized.Any legal advice would be appreciated?
Tell him to beat her to the punch. Have him go immediately and file the paperwork. Then call social services on that *****. Lie, lie, lie. Put that ***** through some hell for a change.
tell him to go talk to a barrister, , have him call her into court and testify,, then she will be committing perjury and go to jail,
Your friend needs a good lawyer and unfortunatly that costs money. However a good lawyer and possibly a private investigator can find proof and get to the truth and take the case to court where it can be revisited. Good Luck

If he can prove affair then the courts will revisit the whole matter!
Have his barrister look in to alienation of affection, or criminal conversation.
He needs legal Counsel and he needs it NOW!
