Do not ever think that you are inferior to anyone we are all equal no matter what colour race, religion or .disability! And never let anyone tell you that you are. Simple but true

Always appreciate everything you have, someone somewhere will be worse off than you are, even if you are in the most god awful position you could ever possibly think of!





I learnt that from my mum, she died of cancer and when they told her it was terminal, she cried for about two minutes, then had my dad book a holiday for them both.
