Let your yes mean yes....let your no mean no...If you could give someone you love and respect one piece of advice , what would it be?
i have lots,
Blood is thicker than water
Treat people how you want to be treated
There is always light at the end of the tunnel
When you try to control something so much, it ends up controlling youIf you could give someone you love and respect one piece of advice , what would it be?
when i moved out of my mums house, her advice was, dont eat anything grey! including cigarets! makes sence but still quite daft! i was expecting a big long life speech!
Walk tall throughout your life, with your feet on the ground and your head in the clouds.
keep your integrity.
Keep God first in every area of your life; never lose Faith, no matter what may happen.
Dump him before he does it you again!!

What is important for you when reading someones story advice.?
Hey there (:
I love writing alot but i wouldn't say i was as good as others and i'm needing some advice and help on a few things so i'm wondering what is important in a story and how can i describe it well and how to be original ?
thank you xWhat is important for you when reading someones story advice.?
The first step to becoming a good writer is practice. It seems like a cliche, but practice really does help. If you continually write about something, your work will begin to improve. When you are writing, remember always to think about your five senses. What does your character see? Hear? Smell? Feel? Taste? Make sure you create imagery in your story (Imagery is appealing to the five senses). Another thing that I find very important is grammar. Many people overlook the grammar aspect of writing, but I find it very imperative. Make sure you learn to conduct good sentences, and to practice throughout your day. For example, when you were asking this question, you're sentences we're constructed well. Yes, I'm aware that you weren't trying. But it's good practice to always use good grammar. Instead of what you said, you could have said something along the lines of:
Hello, everyone. I love writing immensely, but I don't think that I'm as good as I could be. I'm looking for some advice on how to become a good writer. What's important while writing a story? ow can I describe things well, and how can I be original?
See? Doesn't that read so much easier? Make sure you practice constructing good sentences. As for how to be original, you need to find your own ideas for stories. Many people write about something that has been done a thousand times over. For example, please don't do another vampire story. We have enough of those at the moment.
My biggest suggestion is to set aside about an hour each day of writing. Write about anything at all; just get the juices flowing. Sooner or later, it will turn in to something. I also suggest that you read a lot. Reading helps you to become a better writer.
I hope that this helps! Best of luck!cartridge scars
