What is difference between remittance advice and payment voucher?

Remittance Advice:


a document accompanying a receipt showing which invoices less credit notes are being paid.





Payment Voucher:

advises you of the receipt. It is known as remittance advice.


Your account would be credited with the remitted amount.





Payment voucher - a voucher which authorises to receive


certain amount which may be due to you. You have to


deposit it in your bank for collection.





Payment vouchers can also be encashed.What is difference between remittance advice and payment voucher?
